Rates include basic cable television, internet access and fitness center membership.
Double Occupancy
$5,950 per academic year ($2,975 per semester)
Single Occupancy — Not Guaranteed
$6,400 per academic year ($3,200 per semester)
Meal Plans
A meal plan is required for all East Hall residents.
Option One
$3,700 per academic year ($1,850 due at beginning of each semester)
Option Two
$3,100 per academic year ($1,550 due at the beginning of each semester)
Option Three
$2,700 per academic year ($1,350 due at beginning of each semester)
Balances transfer from fall semester to spring semester ONLY. Meal plans are non-refundable after the third week of class.
The Meal Plan Option amount selected is loaded onto the student's school ID. Each cafeteria purchase made is deducted from the current account balance.
