Apartment Rates

All housing rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.

Rates include basic utilities and does not include telephone or cable. Apartments are unfurnished and equipped with major kitchen appliances. A security deposit of 1 month of rent is required. Financial aid cannot be used for the security deposit. Financial aid can be used for rent after all other college charges have been paid.

College Drive Apartments

  • One-bedroom apartment: $825 per month
  • Two-Bedroom apartment: $950 per month

Front Street Flats

  • One-bedroom apartment: $975 per month
  • Two-bedroom apartment: $1,100 per month
