Get FAFSA help at the Financial Aid Application Fair

TRAVERSE CITY — NMC's expert financial aid staff will be available to help students, families and community members fill out the 2025-26 FAFSA at the Financial Aid Application Fair from 4–7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12 in the Timothy J. Nelson Innovation Center on NMC's Front Street campus.

What to know:

  • Students and parents should attend together
  • Bring social security cards or exact info from them
  • Bring a digital or paper copy of your 2023 tax return
  • Bring your own laptops or tablets if possible (Limited Chromebooks will be available)

Participants will also learn aobut the Michigan Community College Guarantee and Reconnect scholarships, which offer free or greatly reduced tuition, and NMC scholarships. More information and registration is available online.
