Benefits Applicable to All Regular Faculty and Administrative-Managerial Staff Policy

The following benefits apply to regular faculty and executive, administrative professional and technical/paraprofessional staff. Any changes to these policies will be discussed with the Benefits Advisory Committee.

1. The NMC Optional Retirement Plan and its amendment can be found under benefits on the NMC Human Resources website. For questions regarding the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association - College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF), call 1.800.842.2252.
2. The Michigan Public School Employees Retirement System (MPSERS)
   For questions regarding MPSERS, call 1.800.381.5111.

If any provision(s) of this policy or set of bylaws conflicts with laws applicable to Northwestern Michigan College, including the Community College Act of 1966, the Freedom of Information Act, or the Open Meetings Act, as each may be amended from time to time, such laws shall control and supersede such provision(s).
