Residence Hall Rates for 2008-2009

Residence Halls

The 2008-2009 rate for double-occupancy in the Residence Halls is $4853.00 per academic year ($2426.50 per semester). This rate includes local phone service, basic cable television and internet access. The rate for a single room is $6717.00 for the academic year ($3358.50 per semester). All Residence Hall students must choose a Meal Plan.  There are three Meal Plans to choose from:  Option one is $3700 per academic year ($1850 per semester) provides approximately 19 meals per week, Option two is $3000 ($1500 per semester) provides approximately 16 meals per week, and Option three $2400 ($1200 per semester) provides approximately 13 meals per week.   These are only estimates and will vary based on individual eating habits. Once you have chosen a meal plan it cannot be changed unless you upgrade. Balances can be transferred from Fall to Spring, however, any balance left at the end of the Spring semester will not be refunded.  Meal plans are non-refundable.

Apartments

Beginning August, 2008

Prior to checking into an apartment, a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. For more information about the deposit, please contact the Housing Office.
