Tutoring Center

The Tutoring Office is located in the Osterlin Building (#3 on the Front Street Campus Map), in room O134. It is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Friday and evenings by appointment.

Services provided include individual tutoring, drop-in tutoring, study skills assistance, and supplemental videos and resources.

Any student who is experiencing academic difficulties in an NMC class can request tutoring. Please call our office at (231) 995-1138 to check availability.

How do Math and Science tutoring work?

The Math and Science Center is a drop-in tutoring resource. Tutors and Instructors are available to help students with homework and general math skills. No appointment is necessary.

Which Math classes are covered?

From Pre-Algebra through Calculus III and Differential Equations.

Which Science classes are covered?

Most Science Classes: Inquire at the Center.
