Construction Technology - Carpentry Technology
NMC’s carpentry technology certificate allow those already working in the fields to advance their skills. The curriculum is also appropriate for those without previous experience. Skilled carpenters must knowledgeably use specialized tools, read blueprints, frame structures, install doors, windows, cabinets, insulation, finish trim and construct roofs, decks, and stairways.
Being versatile opens a wide range of employment opportunities. The curriculum is designed by the industry and aligned with national competency standards. Students receive hands-on training in our state-of-the-art facilities.
